Payment methods

BC Controller allows the use of the following payment methods:

• credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
• Bank transfer
• PayPal

P.S. In the shipping box is included and the receipt for practical reasons related to the warranty service we recommend the customer to take a photo / scan, since the latter is necessary for the performance of warranty service.

The average delivery time is six days

Delivery to the street level

• If the courier does not find the customer, he usually releases a notice ticket and makes another attempt the next day. If even this attempt is unsuccessful, the shipment will go into storage.
• Couriers do not deliver by appointment (it is advisable to indicate an address where there is a guarantee of availability)

Electronic invoicing:

 We advise our customers of the online store that, if requested at the time of the order, the electronic invoice will be issued within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping times for credit card payment:

We inform our kind customers that, due to a delay of the IT system in the notification of payment, the shipment may be slightly delayed (maximum 48h).

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and are working to resolve the problem and further increase the efficiency of our delivery service.

 

Returned goods

You can make your free return within 10 days with TNT courier. The collection of the return package will be organized by BC Battery Controller and the full amount will be refunded except for any transaction costs that will be incurred by the customer.
